These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of products offered on the website www.volzak.com, operated by Volzak LLC. They apply to all international customers.
Volzak offers leather shoes for men, women, and children. The products are described with the utmost care, but slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the product.
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) or euros (EUR), depending on the customer's location.
Shipping costs are not included.
Volzak reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without notice.
Placing an order on the site implies full acceptance of these T&Cs. The ordering process includes:
Product selection
Entering delivery information
Secure payment
Confirmation by email
Volzak reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute or suspicion of fraud.
The accepted payment methods are:
Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
PayPal / Stripe
Mobile payments
Payment is due immediately after order confirmation.
International deliveries are made within 2 to 5 business days via DHL or other international carriers.
A tracking link is sent to the customer upon shipment. In the event of a delay or loss, Volzak will offer a suitable solution (refund or resend).
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided that:
The product must be new, unworn and in its original packaging.
The return must have been reported to customer service in advance.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on the part of Volzak.
All Volzak products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 30 days after receipt. Normal wear and tear or misuse are not covered.
Volzak guarantees the confidentiality of personal data. Data is collected solely for order processing and customer service.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the law of the State of Wyoming, United States.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, will have sole jurisdiction.
